Ralph Stagg

Non-Executive Chairman

Geologist with more than 40 years of experience in economic geology, including project generation, exploration planning & managerial experience. Mr Stagg was the co-founder and Director of Citadel Resource Group Limited. He developed the Jabal Sayid copper mine in Saudi Arabia, which was acquired by Equinox Minerals for A$1.3 billion, and subsequently by Barrick Gold as part of the Equinox Minerals takeover for A$7.1 billion. Moreover, Mr Stagg was a start-up investor in Orocobre (Lithium-Brines) at A$0.3/share (now A$9.8/share under Allkem, ASX: AKE).

John Kamara

Managing Director and CEO

Seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic advisory roles within the mining, resources, and infrastructure sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Kamara Group for over 16 years, Mr Kamara has successfully secured over USD5.0 billion in high-yield debt, distressed, special situation, and private placement deals as lead arranger and advisor. Mr Kamara currently provides advice to some of the most significant sovereign wealth funds and pension funds on asset allocation to the mining industry. Through his leadership, diverse expertise, strategic vision, and track record of success, Mr Kamara continues to make significant contributions to the global finance and investment landscape.

Andrew Law

Non-Executive Director

Mining Engineer with over 40 years of experience within the mining industry in Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. Mr Law’s extensive technical and management experience spans open-pit mining, large mineral sand dry mining and dredging environments, as well as deep-level underground mining, across a range of mineral commodities. Mr Law has held several Board, Corporate and Executive Consulting roles at blue-chip and medium-sized Mineral Resource companies. His specialist skills include corporate strategic planning, project acquisitions, Ore Reserve compliance and auditing, feasibility studies, and operational execution.

David Woodall

Chief Operating Officer

Mining engineer with over 30 years of experience, Mr Woodall’s expertise extends across exploration, operations, project development, community alignment and engagement in multiple commodities. As the former Managing Director of Australian Strategic Minerals (ASX: ASM), he successfully generated a shareholder return of over 1,580% within less than two years, leading the company from a share price of A$0.84 to A$14.15.  Mr Woodall has a proven track record of overseeing complex operations and leading large teams (exceeding 1,000).

Wayne Apted

Chief Financial Officer

Senior Finance Executive with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry in diverse range of locations in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Mr Apted previously served as CFO of Masan Resources in Vietnam during the construction and ramp-up of its USD1 billion poly-metallic Nui Phao project. Prior to that, he was a finance director at Xstrata and Glencore for over 12 years. He established the financial and marketing structures in the UAE, and was a key member of Xstrata’s IPO, over USD30 billion M&A, and the USD46 billion merger with Glencore.

Dr Jens Willenbockel

Chief Marketing Officer

Mechanical Engineer and PhD in Economics with over 25 years of experience within the mining and engineering sectors of five continents. Dr Willenbockel’s PhD research at the University of Illinois (UIUC) and in Germany focused on the technology-based transformation of the steel industry and novel applications of cast aluminium. Whilst at Boston Consulting, Dr Willenbockel focused on the Automotive Industry and Renewable Energies. Dr Willenbockel was also a strategic advisor to Daimler and Airbus during their corporate restructuring, and served as an M&A Advisor and General Manager for several technology leaders in Germany, France, and the United States of America.

Frank Moon

Head of Research and Innovation

Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the industrial minerals, critical minerals and materials industry. Mr Moon is a seasoned executive who has held senior leadership roles at ASM Ltd., ASM Korea, KSM Technologies, and KSM Metals, as well as senior management and advisory positions at Key Tech (Hong Kong), Samwha Group’s Steel Division, Hydro Tech Korea, and Kyung Dong Group Global. His career is underscored by the ability to manage complex projects and drive operational success in the processing of critical minerals and magnet materials. Since 2023, Mr Moon has led Beacon Advisory, a South Korea-based firm specialising in critical minerals technology and business development across Asia.
